Hello, our first official blog from outside of Northern Ireland. About flipping time too! Of course Ryan was the first to spew while Rory just laughed at him and then because Singapore is super clean and has only 1 bin i had to carry my bag of spew half way round the island, spilling half of it in the super dooper clean trains. Good trains though, translink could learn a few things. Atleast we got here though.
Emotional mothers were hard to get rid of and then Aer lingus kept us in Ireland for another hour in which time Ryan was able to splatter his bag, Bible, hand and a good bit of the floor with ink from his broken pen! Then once in Heathrow, 6 hours was more than enough time for the nerves to kick in and Ryan was not a happy chappy. Rory just laughed and slept some more though the caring considerate boy he is.
As for Singapore, well after trapsing round the city for half an hour to find this delightful internet cafe, its pretty cool. Aint seen much except lots of boats and some big buildings. My arm pits are working over time with the humidity but thankfully Big Nige has booked us in to (not paid for as he lead us to believe!!!) a luxury Hostel that happens to have a swimming pool. And here we were thinking we would have to rough it.
Until next time.
Hugs kisses and mucho lovo.

An update on bowling
Here is a video of ryan from a recent venture to the bowling alley! Over the last few weeks ryan has been trying to perfect his "i want to bowl like a professional" technique. Really he just chucks the ball down the lane with a whole lot of spin and hope that it spins into the pins create a perfect strike! Though on this occasion he did pull it off and get 3 strikes, so he deserves some applause! Though one problem with the video is some1 recorded it sideways! so bend to the left!

Life Before Travelling
We are rookie travellers who don't have much of a clue really but excited to see what comes along. Heroes include Charlie and Ewan hence the ridiculous name. Milford Sound in New Zealand will be the furthest point from home and will mark the beginning of the end.
We are desperate to make the most of the next 7 months away and have as much bant as possible while also appreciating God's creation and living for Him all round the world.
We didn't have much of a life before departure. Most of our time and a silly amount of money was spent/wasted being overly competitive when bowling! Dundonald Ice-Bowl has been our home and we are sad to say goodbye to her. However the prospect of bowling round the world and evangelising the world into the joys of bowling will be a worthwhile cause. Some say as important as preventing global warming (something that are 10 or so flights really won't help much). Maybe not quite but check out Rorys super strike below and appreciate our love for the game.
I'm sure you will have realised by now that this post is a complete waste of time. This is because we're still sitting in Rory's house but come 28th January we will be on our way and hope to share some of our adventures on this silly blog. It's been emotional.......stay classy Norn Iron.xo
